Fête Rouge-Grace “Mama” Marino Lifetime Achievement Awards Dinner Honoring Chef John Folse

BRES is honoring Chef John Folse with its fifth “Mama” Marino Lifetime Achievement Award. This award recognizes a person from the Baton Rouge area who has dedicated their life to service in the Baton Rouge community and is named in honor of its first recipient. The evening features a 7-course dinner served and specially prepared by chefs who honed their craft alongside Chef John Folse. All dishes are inspired by his culinary legacy with a selection of fine wines complementing each course.
