Sidewalk Astronomy

Tuesday, Dec 18, 2012 7:00p to 10:00p
Community Coffee Baton Rouge, LA

Sidewalk Astronomy is a monthly event during the winter months in which local astronomers from the Baton Rouge Astronomical Society bring their telescopes out to local businesses. During these events, the public is invited to view the moon in incredible detail, any planets that are in the sky, binary stars, star clusters, nebulas, galaxies, and even naked eye satellite flyovers like the International Space Station or Hubble Space Telescope. All events are free and open to everyone.
