Farr Park Equestrian Center

BREC's Farr Park Equestrian Center and RV Campground is one of the areas largest and most versatile centers for horse enthusiast. It features a newly renovated indoor arena and an outdoor arena (both lighted), 256 stalls, a cross-country eventing course, horse trails, and an RV campground. The equestrian facilities are available on an hourly or daily basis. The Farr Park Equestrian Center and RV Campground is an ideal place to stay when in town for an LSU game. It is located only two miles from the campus -- and six miles from the downtown Baton Rouge attractions -- yet campers can enjoy a quiet, country environment. The campground is adjacent to the Mississippi River, located on historic River Road. It is easily accessible from Interstate 10. The campground has 108 sites (many pull-throughs) and is equipped with water and power hookups, restrooms, showers and laundry facilities.
