Loco Mexican Grill & Cantina

Loco Mexican Grill & Cantina is an architectural contrast of Old World meets New with a unique flair for which Cypress Bayou Casino has become known. The distinctive décor is a blend of stone, brick and stucco walls, reminiscent of ancient architecture found in Spain. Bougainvillea draped from pine leaf beams, along with the sound of the trickling water from the stone fountain lend to the authentic Mexican ambiance. Handmade glass light fixtures in vivid colors contrast with the genuine river stone floor, bringing a new age feel to an old world style.

The menu features a variety of items ranging from classic appetizers to those with a twist, such as tableside guacamole, as well as traditional Mexican favorites. Highlighting the menu are grilled selections fired over a combination of mesquite wood and charcoal, lending a distinctive flavor to meats and seafood. Freshly made desserts feature a Chimichanga Cheesecake; a New York style cheesecake with bananas covered with puff pastry, deep-fried & rolled in cinnamon sugar & served with caramel sauce, sugared pecans, and vanilla bean ice cream.

The Loco Rita is the signature margarita for Loco and is made with El Jimador Silver tequila and a secret blend of fruit and juices.
